Healthcare IT Leaders, a leading national provider of Healthcare IT workforce solutions, is ranked as the fastest-growing IT staffing firm in the U.S., according to a new report from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA).
SIA’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing staffing firms is based on compound average growth rate (CAGR) from 2011 through 2015, excluding acquisitions. With a CAGR of 105%, Healthcare IT Leaders is the highest ranked IT and healthcare IT firm on the 2016 list. The company is also the only IT firm in the top 10, ranking third overall for growth across all segments of staffing.

SIA is a global advisory firm that produces proprietary research on the staffing industry. This year, 112 companies qualified for inclusion on the annual SIA list, making the 2016 list the largest since its inception in 2005. To qualify for the list companies needed to have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2011 and at least 15% CAGR between 2011 and 2015. The median CAGR for the top ten companies this year was 72.6%.
