Previously, he was a co-founder of Locum Leaders, now part of AMN Healthcare, and B2B Workforce, now a Randstad company. Bob was also a partner at ICON Search & Consulting. Most recently, as SVP for HR Operations at Tufts Medicine, Sudipto led the organization’s system-wide Workday implementation. He also oversaw the creation of an innovative predictive HR analytics model enabling Tufts senior leaders to make informed decisions about workforce planning. Prior to Tufts, Sudipto held consultative roles at varied advisory and software firms including Mercer, Oracle, and IBM.

As SVP, Government Services. Mr. Cardenas brings 35 years of healthcare and military experience to the role. During his 23-year career in the United States Air Force (USA), Mr. Cardenas was promoted to the rank of Colonel and took an active role in reshaping the USAF health care delivery model. During his tenure as the CEO at TRICARE Northeast Health Plans, he was responsible for joint implementation and monitoring of Department of Defense (DoD) health care delivery for 23 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). Post military, Mr. Cardenas has worked as a strategic consultant to help clients (Cerner, Allscripts and Aetna) better understand and deliver quality services to the Defense Health Agency and Veterans Health Administration.

He is a past healthcare CIO—St Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers and McLaren Health—and past Director of Clinical Informatics at Emory Healthcare.
