A global staffing advisory firm has named Healthcare IT Leaders as one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For. The honor was announced today at the 27th annual Staffing Industry Analysts' Executive Forum in Miami Beach, FL.
SIA Best Staffing Firms to Work For are chosen based on internal employee surveys that measure 10 key engagement categories including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Healthcare IT Leaders scored in the top quartile in each of the categories measured. This is the second consecutive year that the firm has been named an SIA Best Staffing Firm to Work For.
