Our Favorite Tweets & Photos from HIMSS19
More than 46,000 health IT professionals and enthusiasts converged on the Sunshine State for the 2019 HIMSS Conference and Exhibition held this week (Feb 11 - 15) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
Attendees took in educational sessions, keynotes and industry forums, while vendors showcased their wares and released new product and partnership announcements (like this one from Kronos highlighting its relationship with Healthcare IT Leaders).
There was also plenty of fun amid all the technical talk. Healthcare IT Leaders rolled out a fleet of pedicabs at the conference and offered rides to attendees throughout the week. Founder Bob Bailey took the handlebars himself and peddled a few guests out for a quick spin.
The conversation took over social media channels, especially Twitter and Instagram. Here are our favorite posts from the week:

$150B lost annually by providers due to missed approintements. Addressing the lack of transportation addresses a key social determinant of health and improves patient experience. #Engage4Health #HIMMS19 #uberhealth #patientexperience pic.twitter.com/WOQ7OMklfH
