Meet the Recruiter: Taylor Santos
For Consultant Advisor Taylor Santos, football is life. As a child, football was a constant that helped him stay focused, and he was a four-year defensive end starter at Worcester State University. After that, he coached football camps in the Boston area and continues to watch the Patriots and the Chiefs play as often as possible during football season.
Q: How did you get here, to the Boston area, and Healthcare IT Leaders as an employer?

A: Changing people’s lives, giving them new and better opportunities, giving them opportunities to do things they’ve never done before.

A: Ray Lewis or Muhammad Ali - Muhammad Ali was extremely determined and was very inspirational to make things happen.

A: I would buy my grandparents a new house; pay off any debt in my family; go on a really long vacation and travel the world for the rest of my life.
Q: What gets you up in the morning?
A: Goals. I believe if you don’t have goals, there’s no reason to get up. Ray Lewis said, “Don’t let your alarm clock be the only reason you wake up.”
Q: What about you would surprise your coworkers?
A: I want to be a football coach and mentor kids to stay on the right path. I want to teach kids how to be men and how to stop hanging out with bad influences.
