Q: How did you get to Healthcare IT Leaders?
A: I was recruiting for another firm in engineering in the area and was looking for a change. I applied and interviewed for the job, and here I am.
Q: What is your favorite company memory?
A: I haven’t been here very long, but I really enjoyed volunteering at the company charity event at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta a few weeks ago. My mom worked in the Radiology department at CHOA when I was growing up, so it was fun to go back.

Q: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
A: Hang out with my dog, Finley, a Sheltie-Husky mix, and the other three dogs that live in my house. I love to play video games and sports of any kind, but mostly soccer. When I played on the University of West Georgia soccer team, I played everywhere I was needed, but my main position in my last few years of my career was center back.
Q: What was your favorite TV show when you were little?
A: Legends of the Hidden Temple. I always wanted to be on that show. I have two older brothers and we would always bet on who would actually win.
Q: What’s your favorite food or favorite kind of food?
A: Pierogies, a Polish dish of dumplings filled with potato and cheese or cabbage. My dad’s side of the family is Polish, and I grew up loving those.
Q: What’s your favorite thing about recruiting?
A: I just like getting people into jobs. In my old job, some of these people were out of work for a long time, and it felt good to put them back in the work force. I like helping people.
Q: If you weren’t recruiting, what career would you have?
A: I’d be a veterinarian for marine animals. I always thought it’d be fun to hang out with dolphins in aquariums.
Q: If you could be an animal, what animal would you be and why?
A: I think I’d want to be a panther, or some kind of big cat, something high up on the food chain, so I don’t have to fight for my life all the time, while still being kind of cool.
Q: What would you do or buy if you won the lottery?
A: I’d probably buy my parents a beach house somewhere off the coast of one of the Carolinas or on an island. I’d buy myself a car and a house - and probably an animal shelter and adopt all the dogs in the world.
Q: If your life was a movie, who would play you?
A: Maybe Ellen DeGeneres. I aspire to be like her.
Q: What about you would really surprise your coworkers?
A: I played soccer in Germany for six months when I was a senior in high school.
