UKG Aspire 2024 is also the opportunity to get customers (re)acquainted with existing UKG products, as well as introduce new, exciting features and capabilities.

UKG Talent Marketplace

First, the UKG Talent Marketplace platform aims to benefit workforce management. One of its components, the Internal Talent Marketplace, seamlessly connects employees with growth and development opportunities, empowering them to explore new skills, career paths, and short-term assignments while helping organizations increase workforce utilization and productivity. Two sessions (B194A and B194B) are available to attend to learn more.

UKG Great Place to Work Hub

The new UKG Great Place to Work Hub provides insights and essential data to help organizations assess their workplace culture and promote fairness and opportunities for everyone. This hub leverages GenAI to deliver crucial information and recommended actions based on Great Place to Work research. Attendees can attend session O118 and/or go to the Expo Hall to experience a demo of this innovative tool.

With Bryte AI for Ready, HR teams can leverage GenAI to save time, increase efficiency, make informed decisions, and boost employee engagement — allowing them to focus on adding strategic value to their organization and building a great workplace for all. Session O130 will provide an overview of the newest GenAI capabilities of this product.

Position Automation

The new Position Automation feature simplifies workforce management by allowing leaders to manage headcounts more easily and open positions in real time, ensuring the right people are in the right positions. It integrates with UKG Pro Recruiting and UKG Pro Onboarding, streamlining the creation and management of job opportunities. Sessions B179A and B179B provide insights into this new feature.

Multiple Assignments

An existing feature you may not use yet, Multiple Assignments is available in UKG Pro WFM, which allows organizations to assign multiple roles to an individual, simplifying the management of employees with varying wage structures, managers, and pay policies. It ensures accurate pay tracking, streamlined notification routing, and efficient scheduling and absence management, which is particularly beneficial in healthcare settings where employees often hold multiple roles. Check out this blog post or attend session B138 for more information!

Please note that this feature is not available for UKG Workforce Central, so to access it, you will need to migrate to UKG Pro WFM (see below for more information about migrating).

HCM & WFM And Culture Trends to Pay Attention To

UKG Aspire 2024 is a great event to gain insights into the latest trends in human capital management (HCM) and workforce management (WFM).

Migrating to UKG Pro Workforce Management

As most UKG customers know, time is running out to migrate from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management (previously known as UKG Dimensions), as the UKG Workforce Central’s sunsetting process begins on December 31, 2025. Migrating from one system to another is a big undertaking: make it an easier (and more successful) operation for your organization by downloading this migration guide with best practices and checklists. Key benefits of migrating include streamlined workforce management, a more intuitive interface, and powerful analytics capabilities. This blog post explains the migration process in detail, including data migration, terminal compatibility, and training and support options. And if you’re attending the event, there are several sessions available on the subject.

Change Management and User Adoption

The conference will delve into change management and user adoption strategies for UKG's HR and workforce management solutions – both necessary for organizations to succeed. Discussions will cover best practices for planning, executing, and managing change, strategies for addressing resistance to change, techniques to encourage employee adoption of new systems and processes, and key metrics to track the success of these efforts. Many spotlight and breakout sessions will offer valuable insights to help organizations effectively implement change management and drive user adoption.

Year-end Processes

Following the event is a crucial time for payroll administrators with year-end processes. Many sessions are available to offer guidance about staying ahead of processes, verifying employee data, and leveraging the resources available within UKG solutions. UKG Ready and UKG Pro provide various reports and features to simplify these processes, including the Employees with Invalid SSN report, W-2 Auditing reports, the “Recommend” setting for employee addresses, and more.

All in all, UKG Aspire 2024 promises once again to be an unforgettable experience for HR and workforce management professionals. With a star-studded lineup of keynote speakers, insightful breakout sessions, and the latest innovations from UKG, attendees will gain valuable knowledge and practical strategies to bring success to their organizations.
